Previously, her work at Open Society Foundations seeded grantee partners focused on harm reduction, transformative justice, and developing infrastructure necessary to strengthen community social safety nets without reliance on the criminal legal system.  

She has supported a number of organizations and institutions to develop organizational strategy and community programming with the goal to reimagine institutional giving. 

Most recently, she was a Principal at Ichor Strategies, connecting Fortune 100 companies with local communities and advising on approaches to just and sustainable redistribution of wealth.

She is committed to a world where the most vulnerable and historically underserved people become the most sacred and beloved members of our communities.
